Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Aunties Waffle Mixes and Rotton Bottom boutique! It is our goal to provide you with products that you'll enjoy. However, if you need to return an item, please review the following policy:

 

We do not accept returns for Aunties Waffle Mixes. We have a 5-day return policy on clothing. Return requests must be initiated within 2 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 3 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
  •  The customer is responsible for all cost associated with the packaging and shipping of the returned item.
  • The customer is responsible for any return restocking fees.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return: Rotton Bottom will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU labelWe do not accept exchanges of any kind. Item must be in the same condition that you received it. Returned items must have no signs of wear or use. Discounted items cannot be returned. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please select the Contact Us link on the Rotton Bottom Home page. Complete the form and in the message section include the name and a description of the product that you would like return. ** The customer is responsible for all cost associated with the packaging and shipping of the returned item.** ** The customer is responsible for any return restocking fees. ** Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned; Aunties Waffle Mixes, swimwear, jewelry, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), undergarments, and personal care goods (such as body and beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

We do not accept exchanges of any kind.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


If your return is eligible for a refund:
The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card.
 
Cancellations
All cancelled orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
